I was really annoyed when I got to my room and found it without hot water. After a long run, I just wanted a shower, but it didn’t come back until it was almost checkout time. Total letdown!

Fantastic location close to attractions! The rooms are modern and super comfortable, with great amenities. Staff were cheerful and friendly, though a bit more proactive assistance would be nice. Enjoyed watching rabbits frolic outside. A little hiccup with parking, but overall a lovely stay. Highly recommend!

The room was stylish and clean, with a comfortable bed and kitchenette that made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff were polite and helpful, and I loved the personal care products provided. Luxurious hotel with well-equipped rooms and great view of the lake. Professional and genuinely helpful staff of the venue. Lots of goodies for breakfast. The best location to an extensive national military museum. Set in a central area not far from lake as well as Canberra Centre and Coles. Certainly a really good experience for shopping in Canberra.

What a fab spot! The location is just perfect—easy walks to shops and beautiful lakes. The room was super spacious and modern, with great mood lighting and a lovely bathroom. I particularly enjoyed the comfy bed and the awesome kitchenette, perfect for making tea after long days of exploring. Plus, the complimentary movies were a nice touch for cozying up at night!
A couple of hiccups, though. The parking was a bit tricky to find, and I wasn't aware of the fee until check-in. the cleaning staff barged in without knocking, which felt a bit intrusive.
